Supporting you through anxiety, self-doubt, and the overwhelming life transitions in your 20s and 30s.
BACP Certified Professional • 8+ Years Experience
Right now you’re feeling stuck, lost, anxious, or completely overwhelmed. Maybe you thought you’d have it all figured out by now, but instead, you’re trapped in a loop of self-doubt, panicking about falling behind, and quietly questioning: is this it?
Specialist anxiety and overwhelm therapy can help you calm the anxious noise, untangle the pressures you are feeling, and finally figure out who you truly are and what you actually want. So that you can start building a life with direction, confidence, and authenticity.
Anxiety and overwhelm can be prompted by many things, but there are some common themes that I often support clients with. Here are some examples.
You always feel busy and stretched, like you're constantly running out of time - but never getting anywhere. Your brain won't switch off, not at night, not on weekends. You keep thinking just get through this week, or book that holiday, and then the calm will come. But it never does.
You've been going back and forth on the same decision for months. Should you stay, or should you go? You're waiting to feel ready, but something always holds you back. The 'what ifs' surface and so you stay stuck, paralysed by in-decision, uncertainty, and doubt.
You've done everything you were supposed to do, but it doesn't feel like your life. You've drifted away from yourself. Maybe you don't even recognise yourself outside of everyone else's version of you? You're low in confidence, unsure of who you are and what you actually want - and struggling to see a way forward.
A Psychotherapist specialising in Anxiety and Life-Direction. I've been exactly where you are, and I know how exhausting it can be. I also know how much better things can get with the right support, and I'm here to help you get there.
Born in the UK, living in Sweden.

Spending time in nature - walking, swimming, and SUP-ing feeds my soul. Coffee and baked-goods lover.

I've found that weekly sessions provide the best results for my clients, however if you cannot commit to weekly I also offer fortnightly sessions.
I currently only work with clients from the UK. Should this change I will announce this on my Instagram - so make sure you're following me on there for updates.
I do not offer crisis support. If you are feeling suicidal or at risk of harming yourself, please seek immediate help by visiting A&E or calling 999 (in the UK). You can also reach out to your GP or local NHS mental health service for urgent support. For confidential emotional support, you can contact Samaritans at 116 123.
Sessions are conducted online via a secure therapy platform. You will receive a link to join the call, and all you need is a phone, laptop or tablet with a camera and microphone - and a stable internet connection.
I will shortly be in touch to book in your free 15-minute introduction call with me. This will give you a feel for how an online session will work. Here you can ask any questions, get an idea of whether you'd like my support, and I will also have the opportunity to assess that I am the best therapist to help you.
Sessions with me are £80 for 50 minutes and can be scheduled weekly or fortnightly. You can state your preference during your enquiry.
I am a UK-qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I understand how important your privacy is. I take care to maintain your confidentiality in accordance with current data protection laws (UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018) and the ethical guidelines of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). These guidelines have been set up to protect your confidential material and ensure that your therapist always conducts themselves with professionalism and integrity.
In order to provide you with the best service possible, Isthisit will hold your personal contact details and brief records of your therapy sessions. Please find below important information about how this information will be held and used.
I secure, encrypt and password-protect files on a password-protected laptop to store your personal data. At the point of booking your initial consultation, you will be asked for your personal contact information — for example, your name, address, email address and telephone number, GP details — and you may also choose to share details of the issues you are looking for help with.
Your contact information is stored securely and can only be accessed by me and, in the event of my sudden death or incapacity, my clinical supervisor. This is another qualified therapist who would only contact you to inform you of this and to help you find alternative support.
In order to be able to fulfil my duty of care to you, in your initial consultation or first treatment session, I will ask you for contact information for your GP and elected Emergency Contact person. These details will be stored securely and will only be accessible to me.
This personal information will be held for the duration of your therapy, after which it will be deleted from my records.
Please note that I will need to keep a record of your name and client reference number for seven years after the end of your therapy, so that I can respond effectively to any potential requests regarding your clinical notes and treatment.
I will never pass on your contact details to any third-party organisations for the purposes of sales, marketing or research. I will never use your personal data for any purposes other than the administration of the counselling service I am providing to you — i.e. to arrange, cancel and rearrange appointments, and collect payment for sessions.
When you make a booking, you will receive an email confirming your session time and date, including a payment link. Sessions are to be paid 24 hours in advance.
Anonymised payment details are recorded in my financial income reports. These reports will only hold your initials as a reference. HMRC requires that this information is retained for 7 years after the end of the relevant financial year.
All email accounts used by Isthisit are hosted on a secure, encrypted, password-protected server. If you send an email to Isthisit, only your therapist will have access to it.
All phones, tablets and laptops used to respond to your emails are encrypted, fully protected with anti-virus software, and password protected.
I will only use your email address and telephone number to contact you about your appointments. I may also contact you directly via email to share information that is pertinent to your therapeutic process.
Your phone number may also be used to issue appointment reminders via text message, or to contact you in the case of an unexpected cancellation.
If you have opted in to receive marketing communications, I may also use your email address to send you occasional updates about services, availability, or offers. You can withdraw this consent and unsubscribe at any time.
Any personal data retained by Isthisit is kept in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Under these regulations, you have the following rights:
The right to be forgotten
